We provide you with a single bill model, a solution that allows homeowners’ associations to better manage their annual budget.

What solutions does the single bill provide?
The billing periods for each supply point vary according to the distribution company and supply point. They do not ensure regular billing from the first to the last day of the month.
Monthly billing period. All our bills in this model run from the 1st to the last day of each month.
We reduce dependence on the issuing of readings by the distribution company and work with the best available information on your bill.
Distributors do not issue readings on the same day every month and cause delays both in issuing bills and in receiving two periods in the same month.
In addition, there are sometimes multiple readings for the same period due to errors or corrections, which generate more than one bill for the same period.
On day 1 we issue the consumption bill with the information available from the supply point.
- We use the information available from the distributor on day 1.
- We estimate the missing period based on the consumption of the supply point.

We use our power purchase forecasting algorithm for the estimate, which has deviations of less than 1% and its predictions are reliable.
Our algorithm takes into account the calendar, temperature and consumption. All in the same periods in previous weeks and the average consumption curve of the supply point.
There are differences between the estimate and the reading of the distribution company whose required regularisation arrives in several bills and generates problems.
