THE
COMPANY

Visalia was established with the creation of its parent company, Visalia Energía, in 2019. It has since expanded through the strategic acquisition of leading firms in the sector, including Watium, GasHogar, Syder, and Serosense, ultimately solidifying its status as a business group by 2021.

With over 120 years of history in physical supply, we currently support our sourcing with leading multinational companies in electricity, gas, diesel, and telecommunications.

This has enabled the company to establish itself as a leader in the sector for supplying energy to residents’ associations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as in the installation of solar panels on the roofs of residential buildings and on the rooftops and covers of SMEs and industrial warehouses.

Visalia operates throughout the entire value chain, from energy generation and transmission to distribution and marketing. This has enabled the company to establish itself as a leader in the sector for supplying energy to residents’ associations and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as in the installation of solar panels on the roofs of residential buildings and on the rooftops and covers of SMEs and industrial warehouses. From 2025, following the acquisition of Barter Energy in 2025, the company has established itself as one of Spain’s leading operators in rooftop solar power generation.
