Pablo Abejas is a prominent business leader and Visalia’s CEO, boasting extensive experience in the energy sector in Spain.

Pablo began his professional career at Sunair One Energy SL, where he held the position of Executive Manager from July 2014 to February 2016. In this company, he had the opportunity to carry out a diverse range of roles, from financial management to product development and sales. His leadership was crucial in significantly increasing the company’s turnover from €9.8 million to €49.8 million in just one year.

Pablo subsequently took on the role of Executive Manager at A2 Energía, a start-up within the AUDAX Group, operating in the energy trading sector in Europe. During this period, he played a pivotal role in establishing and developing this new entity, fostering the company’s growth and expanding its presence within the European energy market.

After his time at A2 Energía, Pablo served as Manager at Audax Energía from March 2017 to April 2018. At this stage, he led a diverse and global team of over 360 individuals across five countries, overseeing the production of electricity from 100% renewable sources. His ability to manage and motivate international teams showcased his expertise in leading people and overseeing large-scale projects.

Continuing his upward trajectory, Pablo joined Plenitude, previously known as Aldro Energía, where he held the position of Partner & General Manager from February 2019 to January 2021. During his time at this 100% renewable energy provider, he played a crucial role in strengthening its position within the Spanish market, increasing its turnover from €60 million to €1 billion annually. His leadership not only focused on financial growth but also on fostering widespread consumer adoption of clean energy.

Currently, in his role as Visalia’s CEO, a leading company in the energy sector, Pablo has spearheaded a revolution in energy production and marketing. Visalia includes Watium, Syder Comercializadora Verde, Doméstica, Gashogar, Visalia Solar, and Visalia Renovable.

From the outset of his professional career, Pablo has shown a strong conviction in the potential of renewable energy as a catalyst for change. He believes that these clean and sustainable sources have the potential not only to revolutionise the ways in which energy is generated and used, but also to benefit communities, businesses, and the environment as a whole.

Pablo Abejas holds a degree in Law from Complutense University of Madrid and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from IE Business School, where he received an honourable mention as the winner of the Venture Lab for Entrepreneurs with the project “Cerca de ti”.

Alejandro Tejero-Garcés Galve is a professional with a strong background in the energy sector and business management. He currently serves as Visalia’s Managing Director, having spent over 17 years at the helm of GasHogar, a family-owned company specialising in the energy sector. His career includes key roles in strategic consulting at firms such as PwC and SmartPoint, where he established himself as an expert in operations, business growth, and positioning within highly competitive markets.

With a background in Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Navarra and an MBA from IE Business School, Alejandro effectively combines analytical insight with strategic thinking. His approach focuses on creating sustainable value, operational innovation, and business consultancy, positioning itself as a leader in the transformation of the energy sector.

Pepi Jiménez is the Corporate Director at Visalia, where she heads the areas of sustainability, compliance, legal affairs, and human resources. With a holistic view of the energy sector and a strong commitment to social responsibility, she serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Energía Responsable and coordinates the operational management of the Luz Solidaria and Luz Inclusiva projects, which aim to support vulnerable groups and promote workforce inclusion.

She has extensive experience with companies such as Alpiq, Audax, EnergyHouse, and Our New Energy. Additionally, and is a founding partner of JQ Advisors, a firm specialising in strategy and operations for electricity trading companies. Her qualifications include an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and a master’s degree in energy management, which enhance her expertise in strategic communication, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.

Pedro Galve is a leading figure in the energy distribution sector, with over 30 years of experience driving business projects in this field. He currently leads the Institutional Relations department at Visalia, having previously founded and served as chairman of several key companies in the sector, including GasHogar, one of the brands that contributed to the establishment of Visalia. His career combines strategic vision, entrepreneurship, and extensive knowledge of the energy market.

With a degree in Law and executive training from the Instituto de Empresa, he has chaired companies such as Iberpropano, Disarbutan, and Aragon Oil, specialising in the distribution of energy in various forms. His profile is distinguished by his ability to forge partnerships, develop sustainable businesses, and lead teams with a focus on results and long-term growth.

Benjamín Abejas is the Director of Transformation and Digital Sales at Visalia, where he spearheads key initiatives for digitisation and business development. With over a decade of experience in strategic consulting and digital transformation, he has collaborated with major companies in the IBEX35 index across various sectors, including energy, telecommunications, retail, and insurance. His profile combines analytical thinking, innovative vision, and collaborative leadership, with a strong focus on customers and results.

Since 2021, he has been a member of the management team at Visalia, leading projects such as the digitalisation of the sales channel, integration of CRMs, automation of key processes, and execution of strategic acquisitions. An engineer by training, with master’s degrees in Data Analytics and Telecommunications Engineering, Benjamín stands out for his ability to turn complex challenges into efficient and sustainable solutions. He firmly believes in teamwork as a catalyst for change.

Rocío Jaquotot is the Director of Institutional Relations at Visalia, where she leads the strategic engagement with key institutions, associations, and companies in the energy sector. Her work enhances the company’s image as a transparent, committed, and professional entity, actively contributing to its growth and expansion.

With a career spanning over 20 years, she has held key positions in companies such as Unión Fenosa Gas, Sacyr, and Colt Telecom, and has led business projects in the fields of tourism and franchising. Holding a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from EAE Business School, Rocío combines legal expertise, strategic vision, and cross-sector management skills to deliver value in complex and ever-evolving environments.

Jorge Soria is the Operations Director at Visalia, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and energy sectors. He joined Syder Comercializadora Verde in 2014, where he took on the management and established the company as a leading electricity trader in Aragón. Since 2023, he has been leading the operations at Visalia, providing a strategic and operational vision that is crucial for the group’s growth.

Industrial Engineer with management training from IESE Business School, he stands out due to his analytical, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach. His experience in construction, team management, and operations enables him to thoroughly understand the inner workings

Gerard Comis has been the Chief Financial Officer for Visalia since January 2025, overseeing the areas of Treasury, Accounting, Scoring, and Arrears. His work focuses on automating and digitising accounting processes to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resources, and strengthen the company’s financial performance. His strategic approach is aimed at fostering sustainable growth and maximising value for both customers and investors.

With a solid background in finance, project management, and team development, Gerard provides leadership and vision to enhance Visalia’s financial framework. He is renowned for his exceptional negotiation skills, results-driven approach, and commitment to continuous improvement, which are crucial for strengthening the company’s position in the energy sector.

Hagia Ribau is the Legal Director at Visalia, where she oversees the planning, coordination, and management of all the group’s legal activities. Her mission is to define and implement the legal strategy in alignment with corporate goals, ensuring compliance with regulations and adapting internal policies to the current legislative framework, all within a secure environment that adheres to the company’s guidelines.

Specialising in civil law and possessing a robust legal education from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Hagia offers expertise in legal strategy, project management, and leadership of legal teams. Her comprehensive understanding of the business and her thorough approach ensure the group’s legal protection and its sustainable development within a regulated environment.

Montse Montull is an engineer with over 20 years of experience in the electricity sector, where she has led key areas of marketing and regulated distribution at Eléctrica Serosense. With a degree in Forest Engineering and a further qualification in Forestry from ETSEA UDL, she is distinguished by her strategic thinking, project management skills, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Recognised for her proactive approach, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset, Montse is a passionate advocate for personal development and continuous improvement. Her vision is focused on establishing Eléctrica Serosense as a benchmark for quality, trust, and innovation within the energy market.
