Introducing Visalia’s Policies
Anti-Corruption Policy
Our anti-corruption policy contains rules and protocols aimed at preventing, detecting and combating potential corporate corruption in our organisation.
Whistleblower Channel Policy
The Whistleblower Policy is the document in which Visalia sets out the general principles of the whistleblowing channel (or internal reporting system), its area of application and scope, as well as the whistleblowing channel procedure.
The existence of the whistleblowing channel and how it works is made known through the whistleblowing channel policy (link), which must be published so that any person who has or has had a relationship with the company or public or private organisation can access and consult it.
Free Association Policy
This policy applies to all employees of the various companies in which Visalia has a majority shareholding. At Visalia, we respect and promote the fundamental right of our employees to associate, form or join trade unions or representative organisations, and to engage in collective activities in accordance with applicable law, without discrimination or retaliation.
Diversity and Equality Policy
Diversity and equality are part of our core commitment. By including this policy in our corporate guidelines, we ensure an inclusive and equitable working environment, encouraging innovation and growth. This reinforces our reputation, creates a more committed team and strengthens the trust of our customers, partners and society at large.
Gender Diversity Policy for the Board of Directors
This is the commitment to promoting gender equality in the company’s senior management body in order to ensure an enriching, plural vision in strategic decision-making.
Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy 2025
At Visalia we are committed to offering services that go beyond the mere invoicing of tolls, representing the customer, generating savings, distributing diesel and promoting sustainable energy, always with the minimum environmental impact.
We comply with legal and customer requirements, seeking to continuously improve quality, ensure full satisfaction and protect the environment for a more responsible future, promoting the involvement of our partners.
Occupational risk prevention, safety and health policy
Occupational risk prevention is integrated into the structure and overall management of this company, as is the continuous improvement of its performance. All staff are motivated, trained and involved in the continuous improvement of the system as well as the working conditions.
Protocol for prevention and detection of and action against harassment
Promoting working conditions that prevent sexual harassment and gender-based harassment. It also arbitrates specific procedures or complaints that may be lodged by those who have been the target of these behaviours.
Guide to Best Environmental Practices
Integrated into corporate policies, this seeks to promote responsible use of resources, prevent pollution and optimise energy efficiency in all our operations. These guidelines enable us to minimise our environmental impact, comply with current regulations and respond to the growing demand for more ethical and transparent business practices.
